The process used
to remove the hair follicle is called selective
photo- thermolysis. It involves selecting an intended
target, melanin, which is present in all hair follicles.
 The
Hair Laser uses a wave-length of light specific
to the melanin that passes harmlessly through the
top layer of the skin (epidermis) and is absorbed
maximally by the melanin in the hair follicle and
minimally by any other tissue.
This permanent
method of hair removal is used by men and women
to remove hair from the upper lip, chin, neck, back,
chest, underarms, bikini line and legs.
